New Ghibli Movie

Studio Ghibli has announced that Ghibli background art director Kazuo Oga, will make his directorial debut on a new movie due out July 7, 2006. Taneyamagahara no Yoru("Night of Taneyamagahara") is based on a play written by Kenji Miyazawa in 1924. Miyazawa, a famous Japanese writer, wrote the play for his students when he was a 28 year old teacher.
