Poll: When should production of fansubs for a particular show be stopped?

When should fansubs stop, when the show is licensed, released, a few episodes old or... ? Note, this poll assumes you accept that fansubs should and/or will be made for most shows. There is no option for "fansubs should never be made" in this poll (The next poll will cover that topic).
