Washington Post on Akihabara Otaku Culture

The Washington Post is running an article about Akihabara and its nerdy "otaku" stores and the people within, describing it as a nerd ghetto, and relating it to places such as New York's Chinatown or San Francisco's gay Castro district. The article also covers the negatives of anti-social "otaku" behavior and the signs of their culture in the mainstream. Thanks to Guy Person for this item.
