Video Store Magazine, has posted an article on anime piracy, by Edwin de la Cruz, an industry insider. The article speaks with representatives of several companies regarding the direction their companies are taking in fighting piracy. Newton Grant refers to alternative distribution as a way of combating piracy, pointing to CPM's deals with companies like TotalVid (an ANN sponsor).
