O-ChibiCon Hits the Houston Area

ChibiCon has announced the first annual O-ChibiCon, which will run Houston next August. Set in the heart of southeast Texas, O-Chibicon may enter into a high-stakes shootout with regional powerhouse A-Kon to see if Texas is big enough for two high profile conventions.
