Hand Maid Mai cancelled?

On July 9th Wonder Farm had officially announced the delay of the releases of episodes two and three of the Hand Maid Mai OAV. Recently, Amazon Japan has been sending cancelation notices for the two DVDs. Based on the cancelation notices Rakuga Kidou states that it is suspected that the DVDs have been cancelled.
