Tenchi OVA 3 Licensed?

According to a report on the Itty Bitties website, Pioneer stated at their Comic-Con Panel that FUNimation has the new Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki OVA 3.
However, Glenn Schmall of Anime Tourist, who happens to have recorded the panel, has the exact statement.
Glenn informs us the question, "Do you plan to license the TM GXP or 3rd OVAs?" was asked. One of the Japanese representatives of Pioneer answered, "We don't have that. Funimation got it," without clearly stating whether he was referring to GXP or the OVAs.
An English-speaking representative of Pioneer clarified: "...They have announced Tenchi GXP, and we believe they have announced or will announce... you can look forward to an announcement about the Tenchi OVAs, but I don't think it will come from us."
When questioned directly about the statement and the license for the 3rd OVAs, FUNimation representative Jeff Dronen informed ANN today that the answer is "No comment."
