Tony Llewellyn, director for Academic Computing Services of the University of Southern Florida stated (in this article) that Edson Freire vandalized the University of Southern Florida's website Tuesday evening by replacing the content of the website with Japanese animation and a political message, written in Portuguese, against a possible war in Iraq.
