New Dragonball Series?

Nope, it's just a re-issue of the original series in a new paperback format.
This image has been sourced a number of times as a possible ad for a new Dragon Ball series in the works by the original Dragon Ball creator, Akira Toriyama. But fact is, the add is only for a new paperback re-issue of the original series.
