Rave Manga Licensed by Tokyopop?

From a post in the forum by Jhawke due to listings at buy.com and Amazon.com, it would seem that Tokyopop has licensed the manga "Rave" and will be releasing it on September 3^rd. Both sites also list Rebound as coming from Tokyopop the same day, and volume 2 of both titles coming in November.
