After talking to Harmony Gold, Robert Woodhead has issued the following statement on the AnimEigo mailing list, "The legal ruling in Japan relates to issues between Tatsunoko and Big West. It has nothing to do with, and no effect upon, Harmony Gold or their licenses to Macross."
