Slayers broadcast English dub to be CPM?

Although Central Park Media doesn't have the broadcast rights, the already-existing dub may be used for the Fox Kids broadcast..

Recently, Anime News Service contacted Software Sculptors (the producer of The Slayers English dub) about the dub of the upcoming broadcast of Slayers on Fox Kids.
Quoting CPM's reply from Anime News Service:
"CPM is unable to cut a deal with Fox Kids being that CPM doesn't own the TV rights to Slayers. Fox Kids has dealt directly with the licensor to broadcast Slayers. We are cooperating a much as possible because it is in our best interests. it looks like Fox will be using the dub that we have already produced."
