Anno Hideaki wins award at Tokyo International Film Festival

Anno Hideaki (Family name first) received the award for "Best Artistic Contribution" at the 13th annual Tokyo International Film Festival for his live-action film Shiki-Jitsu (Ritual).

Anno is best know for his work as the director of the Neon Genesis Evangelion series as well as his work as a key animator at Studio Ghibli.
