According to a post on the Anime on DVD forum Amazon has updated their information on Princess Mononoke.
It is listed as having Japanese (Original) (Dolby Digital 5.1), English (Dolby Digital 5.1), French (Dolby Digital 2.0) soundtracks and English subtitles. Additionnally the disc is to be widescreen anamorphic (1.85:1).
No word as of yet if the subtitles are a truely accurate translation of the Japanese language track or simply the English language track.
