Papercrafter Makes IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls' Rin From 76 Parts
posted on by Lynzee Loveridge
Papercrafter "S.V." has created an impressive rendition of The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls' Rin Shibuya from 76 tiny pieces of paper.
You can download the data to print off the pieces yourself and follow S.V.'s instructions (in Japanese). When finished, she measures 27.2 cm or 10.7 inches high.
S.V. has also made a complex papercraft version of the Weatherloid Airi.
The tedious work of papercraft is definitely not for the faint-hearted. Another crafter named Kurosuke made Mei Kusakabe's house from My Neighbor Totoro over the course of two years. Sankei's line of Ghibli 'Miniatuart' kits are beautiful projects for anyone with the fortitude to complete them.
