Japanese 7-Elevens Get Another Gundam Kit

7-Eleven Japan has long been the envy of overseas Gundam fans, because while we can get Marvel-branded Slurpee cups and stale nachos, Japanese fans get to purchase official, 7-Eleven-branded Gundam kits.

Beginning mid-January, Japanese fans can pop into their nearest 7-Eleven and grab the newest release, an HGUC 1/144 ν Gundam Ver.GFT. Priced at ¥2,625 after tax, the kit comes with 7-Eleven decals, and appropriately color-molded plastic pieces.

Some of the previous Gundam X 7-Eleven collaborations have included a 1/144 MSM-04 Acguy, a ZGMF-X20A Strike Freedom Gundam, an RX-78-2 Gundam, and more.

Just think about that the next time you trudge into your local 7-Eleven for a bag of Doritos.
