I Am Street Fighter: 25 Years of Inspiration, a 72-minute documentary about the history of Street Fighter, its creation, and its fans is now available to watch for free online. Previously, fans could only see it if they forked over $150 for the Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Collector's Set.
It's since been made available online for free, on the official CAPCOM Street Fighter channel. This English-language 72-minute documentary, created by San Franciso production company Area 5, is pretty darned thorough. It covers the development of the game, its evolution over the years, its history, and features interviews with everyone from producer Yoshinori Ono, to former CAPCOM community manager Seth Killian, to e-sports superstars like Daigo Umehara and Justin Wong. There's no info on just how long this documentary will be available online, so if you're interested, you should probably watch it now.
