The September issue of Shogakukan's Ciao magazine announced on Thursday that a sequel to the Nintendo 3DS port of TAKARA TOMY A.R.T.S and syn Sophia's Pretty Rhythm arcade game featuring characters from the Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live anime will be released this fall. Those who purchase the Nintendo 3DS game will receive a charm stone for the arcade game as a bonus.
The Pretty Rhythm: My☆Deco Rainbow Wedding was released for the Nintendo 3DS in March, and featured songs from the Pretty Rhythm Aurora Dream and Pretty Rhythm Dear My Future anime, as well as original songs featured in the arcade game performed by voice actresses Kanae Itō and Satomi Akesaka. A story mode featuring characters from the anime was also included.
The official website for the Pretty Rhythm official band Prizmmy also revealed that “CRAZY GONNA CRAZY,” their third collaboration single with band TRF, will be used as the third opening theme song for the Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live anime during its third cour.
The Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live anime premiered in Japan in April. The story centers around Naru Ayase, an imaginative second-year middle school girl. Her dream is to eventually own a fashion shop like Dear Crown. One day, she learns that a new shop is looking to hire a middle school girl (who knows how to "Prism Dance") to run the shop, and she quickly applies. She goes to the job tryouts, where a mysterious girl named Rinne appears.
