Voice Actress Mai Kadowaki Expecting a Baby in November-December

On Sunday, the official website for il sole penetra le illusioni ~ Day Break Illusion television anime series posted a message from voice actress Mai Kadowaki to explain why she will not appear at the anime's November 17 live event. The voice actress for the anime's lead character Akari Taiyō wrote that the event falls in the same November-December window in which she is expecting to deliver her baby.
Kadowaki added that she is disappointed that she can not be at the event to meet the fans, but noted that the other cast members — Yuiko Tatsumi (Ginka Shirokane), Eri Kitamura (Seira Hoshikawa), Sora Tokui (Luna Tsukuyomi), and more — will still be there for the fans.
Kadowaki announced in February that she had registered her marriage. She had been engaged, to a person outside the entertainment industry, since last year.
Mai Kadowaki played Illyasviel "Illya" von Einzbern in various anime in the Fate franchise. She also starred as Rororina "Rorona" Fryxell in the Atelier games. Her other roles include Kōmei Shokatsuryō in Ikki Tousen, Sanya V. Litvyak in Strike Witches, Mayu Tsukimura in Goshūshō-sama Ninomiya-kun, Mimi Usa in Kodomo no Jikan, Risa Kamizaki and Keiko Tanaka in Amagami SS, and Isara Aomi in Love, Election & Chocolate.
