Kozue Aikawa dresses as Haru, Hibachi for character songs created by Vocaloid composer samfree

Music label Avex began streaming two dance music videos for Mushibugyō's upcoming character song singles for heroines Haru & Hibachi. Haru's character song “Haru Ooh Lala – Momorarura” is sung by voice actress Satomi Akesaka (Galaxy Angel Rune's Nano Nano Pudding, Pretty Rhythm Dear My Future's Kanon), while Hibachi's character song “Gekijō Paranoia” is sung by voice actress Rumi Okubo (Suite Precure's Cure Muse, Pretty Rhythm Dear My Future's Mia). Vocaloid song artist samfree ("Promise," "megu-megu☆Fire Endless Night," "Luka Luka★Night Fever") composed, arranged, and wrote the lyrics for the songs. Internet idol Kozue Aikawa cosplayed as the characters and danced to the songs in the video.

The Vocaloid composer is known for the song "Luka Luka ★ Night Fever," which features in several Hatsune Miku video games. samfree recently contributed the song "Oden☆My Life" to an Oden promotional campaign for the LAWSON convenience store chain.

Hiroshi Fukuda's original Mushibugyō action manga is set in Edo-era Tokyo in the early 1700s. The eighth shogun Tokugawa Yoshimune creates a new magistrate unit — Mushibugyō — to protect the people in the heart of the city. Each member is a specialist with unique fighting skills.

Both character song singles will be released on Wednesday for 1,260 yen (about US$12.50) each.
