It's April 1 in Japan, and the anime, manga, and software studios have been marking the occasion with a slew of April Fool's spoofs and jokes. Here are some of those that have cropped up this year — click on the thumbnail images to see the original!

The mobile phone provider presents the zzzPhoneBed, the smartphone you can sleep on (with special appearance by Oreimo's Kirino).Alchemist
The game developer presents the latest crop of spoofs.
Brothers Conflict
The official website for the upcoming anime changed into a bakery website, while the official website for the manga changed the entire premise of the story by changing the title to "Sisters Conflict".
Clamp
Manga team Clamp made a help wanted poster for an April 1st & Co company featuring different characters from their manga who all have birthdays on April 1. Sakura Kinomoto from Cardcaptor Sakura is the president of the company.Via: Anime Sokuhō
A Certain Scientific Railgun
The official website for the Sakuraha Internet company has been turned into a collaboration site for a “Toaru Kagaku no Data Center” anime. The image features Sakuraha Internet's official mascot Ai Sakuraha. A novel with illustrations featuring the Railgun characters and Ai is also available on the website.

Domino's Japan
Domino's Pizza Japan posted an ad for a "Pizza Can" product. Each can contains a single slice of the pizza chain's pizza.Thanks to Tanteikingdomkey for the tip!
Dragon Quest
Dragon Quest 10's live camera showed a field filled with King Metal slime monsters. However, when players reached the area that was being filmed, it was only a sign with a picture of King Metals.
