Jojo's Bizarre Adventure HD Fighting Game's 2nd Promo Streamed
posted on by Egan Loo
CAPCOM Japan began streaming the second promotional video for the high-definition version of its 1999 fighting game JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Heritage for the Future on Tuesday.
The HD version arrives on the PLAYSTATION Network (PSN) for US$19.99 on Tuesday, followed by XBox Live for 1,600 points (about US$20) the day after. The game will be available in North America, Europe, and Japan.
The original JoJo's Bizarre Adventure game was first released in arcades in 1998, followed by the Sony PlayStation console version in 1999. The Heritage for the Future followup arrived in arcades and on the Sega Dreamcast console in 1999. The upcoming HD version will be the first to feature online play since the Dreamcast version.
This new HD version of Heritage for the Future is different from CyberConnect2's recently announced JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle game for the PlayStation 3 console. All-Star Battle was announced in July along with a new television anime adaptation of Hirohiko Araki's original JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.
Update: CAPCOM posted a higher-resolution version of the video.
