Dusk maiden of Amnesia Anime's Cast, Theme Singer Revealed

The February issue of Square Enix's Gangan Joker magazine is announcing the cast and theme song performer of the Dusk maiden of Amnesia (Tasogare Otome×Amnesia) anime on Saturday:

• Tsubasa Yonaga (Big Windup!'s Ren, Cardfight!! Vanguard's Aichi Sendō) as Teiichi Niiya


• Yumi Hara (Dusk maiden of Amnesia drama CD, The IDOLM@STER's Takane Shijō) as Yūko Kanoe


• Misato Fukuen (Strike Witches' Yoshika Miyafuji, Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai's Rika Shiguma) as Momoe Okonogi


• Eri Kitamura (Madoka Magica's Sayaka Miki, Wagnaria!!'s Yachiyo Todoroki) as Kirie Kanoe

Konomi Suzuki, the 15-year-old winner of the 5th All-Japan Anison Grand Prix singing contest last October, will perform the opening theme song when the anime premieres this April.

The original manga by creator Maybe is set at a private academy that has a history of hauntings by spirits, including a ghost girl named Yūko. For some mysterious reason, first-year middle school student Teiichi is the only person who can see Yūko. Yūko has no memory of her death, much less who or what caused it. Yūko and Teiichi create an investigation club to find the truth about her death and the other mysteries of the school.

The studio SILVER LINK (Baka and Test - Summon the Beasts) is animating the series. Shin Oonuma (Baka and Test - Summon the Beasts) is directing the series, Katsuhiko Takayama (Mirai Nikki) is handling the series composition, and Yukiko Ban (Beelzebub, .hack//SIGN) is adapting Maybe's characters for animation.
