Armored Core Mecha Games' Music Streamed

The Niconico website will stream music from the Armored Core mecha video game series beginning at 4:00 a.m. PST on Saturday. The event celebrates the November 23 release of the Armored Core Reprises album on Japan's iTunes Store and the CD's Amazon.co.jp release on Friday.
As part of the sound team of the Armored Core game developer From Software, composers Kōta Hoshino and Tsukasa Saitō will offer their comments during the streaming. FreQuency band members who perform Armored Core game series music will also appear.
Armored Core Reprises includes 15 tracks with music from throughout the mecha game series, including three songs from the upcoming Armored Core V PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 game. The album costs 1,500 yen (about US$19) in Japan's iTunes Store and 2,000 yen (about US$26) on Amazon.co.jp.
Armored Core V's first weekly highlight reel began streaming on Wednesday. The game will ship in Japan on January 26, in North America on February 2, and in Europe on March 2.
