Square Enix began streaming a three-minute promotional video for the Slime MoriMori Dragon Quest 3: Taikai to Shippo Dan (Slime MoriMori Dragon Quest 3: The Great Pirate Ship and Tails Troupe) Nintendo 3DS game on Tuesday.
The third installment in the Dragon Quest spin-off game series Slime MoriMori will ship in Japan on November 2, retailing at 6,090 yen (about US$80). Square Enix released Slime MoriMori Dragon Quest: Shōgeki no Shippo Dan, the first Slime MoriMori game, developed by TOSE for the Game Boy Advance in 2003. Its sequel, Slime MoriMori Dragon Quest: Daisensha to Shippo Dan (Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime), shipped in Japan in 2005 and North America in 2006.
In Slime MoriMori Dragon Quest 3, a blue slime sets sail on an ocean voyage. Players customize their ship and combat rival vessels throughout their journey. The action-adventure game also supports the Nintendo 3DS' StreetPass connectivity feature.
