Singapore's Sea☆A Performs Cardfight!! Vanguard Song

The 4-person female Singapore pop-idol group Sea☆A will perform their debut single, "Dream Shooter," as an ending theme for the anime adaptation of the Cardfight!! Vanguard trading card game. The group's name, Sea☆A, stands for "South East Asia Star Anime."
The four women — three from Singapore (Beryl, Valerie, Estelle) and one from Malaysia (Wynnie) — can all speak Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, English, Malay, and Japanese. The group said that they had wanted someday to perform music for an anime. The four were chosen from the Moe Moe Kyun Maid Café contest at the Anime Festival Asia convention in Singapore, which "featured talents who love Japanese anime, idols, cosplay and figurines."
Sea☆A opened for May'n's "Unite!!" Asia tour earlier this month. The group will release their debut single on August 10. The single will have a limited CD/DVD edition, which will contain the music video for "Dream Shooter" and a documentary about the group's first trip to Japan.
