Gurren Lagann's Darry

In the above image, an unidentified cosplayer portrays Darry Adai, a character from the original Gainax television anime Gurren Lagann. In the series, Darry starts out as a small child from a village that strictly enforces its population size. When the village's population grows to over 100 people, Darry and her twin brother Gimmy are kicked out, only to be "adopted" by the series' protagonists. After a time skip, Darry becomes a mech pilot and participates in the protagonists' adventures.
