Voice Actor Quinton Flynn Offers Lessons Via Skype
posted on by Gia Manry
Quinton Flynn, an American actor known for the role of Kon in the anime adaptation of Tite Kubo's manga Bleach, announced this week that he is offering private voice acting lessons online, for fans who cannot attend in-person workshops or other classes. The sessions run 45 minutes each and cost US$75. Flynn's website also bills these as possible chat sessions for those interested only in talking to Flynn rather than taking lessons.
In addition to his work on Bleach, Flynn is known in the anime community as the voice of Iruka Umino in Naruto and Reno in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Outside of anime, he plays the characters Raiden in the Metal Gear Solid series and Axel in the Kindgom Hearts series. He also appeared as Jonny Quest in the 1996 American animated series The Real Jonny Quest.
Other individuals and groups who have offered voice-acting classes include Bang Zoom! Entertainment and Crispin Freeeman.
