They've been friends for a while, even though his laid-back nature seems the opposite of Tsumiki's short fuse, and they both hang with the same group of friends. But while Mayoi, Sakaki, and Hime are all great friends, Tsumiki's relationship with Io seems a little bit more. Are they a couple? Best friends? Tsumiki can't figure it out, and asking Io directly could jeopardize what they already have. So she carries on being the best friend she can, but hoping for more, as they go from Place to Place.
