Plot Summary: Three aliens, disguised as a bird, a horse and a rabbit, are sent to Earth to examine and judge human society. If they decide humans seemt to be capable of coexisting peacefully with other races then humanity will be invited to join the other races in the galactic empire - if not, humanity will be exterminated.
