The live-action "Supovitan C" commercial is a parody of the energy drink Lipovitan B. Commercials for such energy drinks in Asia use the same formula: people losing strength in physical activities get their second wind when they reach for the drink.

Lost in Translation: When Maron first introduces herself, both the English dub and subtitles mention that she is in high school, but in the original Japanese dialogue, she actually says she's 13 years old.

The live-action segment stars Hiroko Kasahara and Maria Kawamura.
