The first zoanoid that the Guyver Fights is clearly based on Gregore from the series

Guyver Zoanoid is the movie version of Guyver II from the series, but it looks more like Guyver III from the series.

There were many occasions in which David Hayter was asked at multiple sci-fi conventions if a third film was ever planned. He along with Steve Wang have both stated that the Guyver film rights are in limbo but they didn’t rule out the possibility of a reboot being made.
