As previously noted this episode was deleted from CN's OS line up. After seeing it now I know why. For the benefit of those who are unlikely to get the video and see it for themselves I have included a brief summary after the

In order to pack maximum firepower at the Galactic Leyline, Gene and company stop off at the planet Tenrei to obtain some Caster shells. Tenrei is a planet covered in onsens and has been converted into a giant tourist trap. However three wizards live on Tenrei and are capable of making the most powerful of the Caster shell types. a #4, #9 and #13. Two of the wizards agree to supply the shells for a price. That price being that Gene has to go to the temple of the third wizard, Urt, and obtain some nude video footage of her. Meanwhile Jim, Suzuka, Melfina and Aisha enjoy the amenities of Tenrei with Aisha in search of a truly hot onsen (which she eventually finds in a pool of magma). Urt's temple is at the top of a forbidding, trap-laden mountain where men are prohibited. Gene's pursuit of his mission is being tracked by Anten assassin Tobigera (who's dignity suffers mightily in this episode). After much slapstick Gene arrives at Urt's temple and after an unceremonious entry meets the great lady herself. Urt makes #4 shells and agrees to supply them to Gene provided he beats her at table tennis. Gene wins the game and obtains his #4 shells and explains his predicament to Urt. Urt agrees to the request and takes Gene's camcorder. Gene returns to the temple of the other two wizards with the desired footage in tow and turns it over in exchange for the #9 and #13 shells (one each). Gene then hangs around to view the rewards of his arduous journey. Urt is better than her word and delivers everything expected with the added oddity of a 60 second countdown on the screen. Needless to say that once Urt's clothing and the countdown reach zero there is little left of the temple. However given Urt's appearance it was a small price to pay for the pleasure. Freshly armed with the tremendously powerful new shells Gene and company leave Tenrei for the Galactic Leyline.N

Interestingly the amount of nudity in this episode was far less than in Tenchi OVA ep #4. The only truly nude scene we get is a full frontal of Aisha (not that I'm complaining. That is one well-built catgirl. BTW... No mannequin nudity here. Aisha had large and prominent nipples indicating just how cold she thought the onsen was.) and a brief rear view of Suzuka. Digital paint could have handled the nudity problem easily. However the episode was one long leerfest designed to give us fanboys a chance to admire OS's female leads and a guest star. That and the fact it was a showcase for just how big a lech Gene Starwind is.
Suffice it to say there is no way CN could have aired this episode. Even if there had been some major plot point revealed the episode would have had to go.
