Nintendo Switch Sells 330,637 Units in Japan in 3 Days

Famitsu reported on Tuesday that the Nintendo Switch sold an estimated 330,637 units in Japan in the first three days of the system's release. The device shipped in Japan, the United States, Canada, major European countries, Hong Kong, and other territories on March 3.
Famitsu also reported that the The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Nintendo Switch and Wii U game sold an estimated 193,060 copies between March 3 and March 5. That number does not include download sales. The game is the Nintendo Switch's current top-selling title in Japan.
The console is priced at 29,980 yen in Japan, and US$299.99 in North America. Launch titles include I Am Setsuna, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and 1-2-Switch.
Nintendo's Wii U console sold an estimated 308,570 units in its first two days of release in Japan in December 2012. The console sold 694,370 units in its first five weeks in Japan and 890,000 units in its first six weeks in the United States.
