Naruto's Final Manga Volume Slated for February 4

The wraparound jacket band on The Last -Naruto the Movie- novel confirmed that volume 72 of Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto manga is the last and will be released on February 4, 2015.
The comic retailer resource ICv2 estimated that the manga's final volume would be 73, and would be released in North America in March 2016. A spokesperson for Viz Media told the website ICv2 that the final Naruto manga volume will likely be released in North America late next year or in early 2016.
The Last -Naruto the Movie- opened in Japanese theaters on Saturday. An followup movie whose story takes place after the manga will open in Japan in August 2015.
