The only other one I know of as a series is Over Drive from 2007, but there's also the two Nasu features. Don't think I'll be watching this one, because the characters look like a mix of Ping Pong Club and Reign: the Conqueror.

Will there be any scenes where they rush past pedestrians on the sidewalk from behind with no warning, narrowly missing them, then go on to disregard red lights and stop signs?

Bad character designs are not a good judge of a show as a whole. Otherwise, shows like Chibi-Maruko Chan, Crayon Shin Chan, and One Piece would've been flops years ago. Give the show a couple episodes at least. |
