Really wish someone would pick this up. Was planning on starting this, but when Bandai stopped doing everything, I decided not to, as I didn't want an unfinished series.

Anyways, sounds like the manga adaptation of TTGL has had a good run.

Anyone know if the manga goes it's own way or anything, or is it just a carbon copy of the anime? Since the anime came first, if it's a carbon copy, then I'm not really interested. But if it goes it's own way, I'd probably want to nab it eventually.

I can't imagine a GL manga would even be worth reading. Most of what made the show worthwhile was the kinetic energy via the movement of the characters and elements. Much like a Cowboy Bebop manga is fairly worthless because of the lack of music, the GL manga must be pretty sad.

I would consider of collecting it since the anime is just epic, but someone else would have to pick it up and re-print :S

Too bad NOBODY IN THE US WANTS TO LICENSE THIS AND NEVER WILL so I can't buy it here. Same with the Lucky Star manga and everything else Bandai published before they died. I hate it so much when publishers die and nothing gets rescued from them.

Well I started buying it, see, but unless it get's re-liscened, I'm just screwed aren't I? (And they wonder why people do scanlations...) *rolls eyes*..

And, heck, I didn't even know it WASN'T finished, haha.

I'm still p.o. at leh-dead ToykoPop for their deciding to bring the Slayers Novels and stopping at Vol.6 for...forever before getting the 7th and the 8th released....
...that and now all my Loveless manga don't match; thnx to them giving us the finger and disappearing.

...and what was I buying from ADV?? I can't remember what it was now...

How did I get on this topic? OH, yeah... companies/licenses... GL not being localized anymore... haha.

Well I have only read the volumes that were released in NA by Bandai. The manga is a bit different then the anime and some of the changes were used in the movies that came out. Also the NA release ended right before the time skip so there is an ending of sorts (so at least it's not an awkward cliffhanger ending). I am hoping someone will pick this up and release the rest.
