The items aren't imported. They're from Great Eastern Entertainment. Anyone who sells anime in the US is probably already selling them. I know we are.

The T-Shirts aren't new at all, they've been selling those at Sam's Goody's for Months. And I've encountered the playing cards at anime conventions.

I would buy it, If it didn't cost 20 US dollars

I wouldn't pay 20 dollars for a t-shirt

I like the Fluttershy t-shirt

Same with the t-shirts and wallscrolls - all can be found at various dealers at conventions.

Cause it's Hot Topic?

I hate them, but for completely different reasons.

Because your precious hobby is going mainstream and it conflicts with your idea of being special?

Hot Topic sells somewhat overpriced clothes to a certain clientele, stereotyping their shoppers as 'wannabes goths' and 'ironic hipsters' just makes you look small-minded and sad. Hot Topic hasn't sold 'goth' clothes in years and their product doesn't fit the 'hipster' style either.

Speaking of Hatsune Miku, whatever happened to Crypton? Haven't heard of them since their partnership with Toyota and their presence at the Los Angelos Anime Expo.

Crypton has said they would be supposedly rolling out big plans in the West, including English-language vocaloid software, a vocaloid store, and mass-marketing of their products. But turns out, they haven't made the slightest efforts to push into the Western Market since the debut of the Toyota Hatsune Miku ads. At this rate, the Vocaloid brand will become irrelevant, if it isn't already.

Hollywood's "culture" has been hittin' the slumps for quite while. If anything, Hollywood, once darling of American culture and the groomer of gazillion Americanophiles/gringoos across the planet, is now nothing more than an old music box repeating itself. No need to look further than the latest release of Madagascar 3.

Without Marvel/Pixar(both great, respectable companies who are unfortunately owned by the Wall St, media conglomerate, the Walt Disney Company), Hollywood would be dead by now. But heed my words, Hollywood's death is eminent, as the web continues to produce entertainment, sometimes far exceeding that of Hollywood. Give it 10-20 years, and Hollywood is done.

I haven't seen a single movie from them since 2008 and don't plan too anytime soon.
