Yes, because Taketatsu Ayana and Kotobuki Minako totally aren't good actresses who have firmly established themselves outside of their early roles in K-On.

Oh please. The series only started airing a couple of days ago. You really think this casting wasn't decided long before then?

who knows, it reminds me of when they used to cast rie kugyima for guest appearances in a series like okamisan for sales boost. It's done here to for tv shows like tonight's guest star is Robin Williams on law and order svu or hugh laurie on Family Guy for ratings increases.

What's with your attitude. The series already has very talented high profile voice actors, and all of a sudden you get upset over two who are joining? Sites like MAL and 4chan aren't credible either. There are other sites with positive opinions of this series you know.

In all honesty maybe it's becasue I hate k-on with a passion so come at me. Using this a selling tactic for fans in japan is low-brow and i am just so damn tired they have to keep pulling "the whole gang is back from x series so you can enjoy it now". No those sites aren't credible for reviews but it's what sells and doing this is a selling ploy nothing more nothing less.

it's not the casting that I care about it's the announcement for more hard-core otaku "watch this series because all the k-on girls are back together" so please watch our new series.

I will still watch the series and keep an open mind but to me it's sad they need a ploy to sell the series, then again I am in a ticked off mod today. You all know I am not normally like this and I will no longer bump this thread because it will just ignite more flames.
