What the-?

Did you just intend to have a few months of rest then? What the hell is going on with this company? Better yet, who has the ability to explain it to me? Cause I sure have no idea what is going on inside Stu Levy's mind...

So they shut down the company because they couldn't live without borders and now they plan to live without borders. This doesn't add up unless they are going print on demand which should flop with a good amount of drama mixed in.

Unless they re-license the series I was following, I'm still uninterested. =_= It's probably just going to be Hetalia, though.

Tokyopop gah!

Stupid stupid Stu Levy!

Don't wanna sound like an @ss but I don't know if I really would buy anything from Tokyopop after almost being screwed and not getting the final volume of .hack//G.U. vol. 4 novel. I mean the titles Tokyopop had weren't necessarily the cream of the crop, but the number of manga series that only had one volume to go and weren't published? I'm sorry but to me this is just to get Tokyopop brand name hyped up. I have no need to buy a product that won't be completed because some @$$hole, who doesn't respect his customers or the product he produces.

The freelancer who's running the account is taking questions about their manga and answering them as fast as they can. @tokyopopmanga

Even if somehow Tokyopop does manage to release some titles I really want to have and price them 1$ per book, I would never buy from them again.

Go to hell Tokyopop.

Probably makes me sound like a horrible Person, but frankly...I don't care either way. Only thing TP ever had I bought from them was Kingdom Hearts (which they stopped publishing because of some childish fight with Disney despite it selling well)

So yeah If they do go back to publishing manga, good for them, maybe they can do a proper job this time. If not...no big loss.

But yeah....Lord, someone please hit Stu Levy with a Truck already.

It's a shame TokyoPop can't just stay dead. This isn't going to be good for anyone.

I don't mind if they come back so long as they publish my favorite titles. Smile

Stu Levy can munch my socks.

How stupid is this guy? He blew off all his contracts and sold off his operating infrastructure,... and now he wants to get back in the biz? Or is he just hoping to get some play from desperate Hetalia fans?--- ugh. sickening...

the freak?

this is messed in the head even for Stu Levy... and quite frankly, as much as I appreciated some of what Tokyopop did, I hope this doesn't get off the ground. at least unless he's got some plan to get his act together, actualize some of the good ideas he had and never went completely thru with, and all around shapes up and starts taking things seriously (not that I really expect that given his track record).

I admit that I was a little worried about TokyoPop's initial shut down.

...Only because the manga industry is in a rut right now. I otherwise don't care much for the company itself.

Now they're coming back after such a short time? Wow, someone cannot make up their minds...
