Cancer is always a tragic way to pass away. But I'm glad he lived a successful life by being the one responsible for the creation of "The Madcap Island", Toei's Pero the Puss n Boots who today is a widely known mascot, and was involved with Takahata's Pom Poko.
Right now I feel like seeing more of Madcap Island, but I don't have the money to buy a Japanese DVD of the series, but one day I'll watch that series. I give my deepest condolences to those who were close to Inoue. |
