Now maybe the Three Houses discourse can end and people can endlessly argue who was "right" in this game

I could’ve sworn this was a Summer release.

HAAAAHAAHAHAHAHAHA... Not gonna happen. All this will do is revive the fandom, and see who was related to whom.
I'm just glad Kurahana's the designer again. The less is said about disEngage's horrid tacky Vtuber designs, the better.

Oh, it's set in Dagda! I hadn’t considered that, I'd been wondering if maybe it was Almyra.

The very first shot of the first trailer showed a coastal port city (and we saw in promotional stuff that it was called Dagsion), it was pretty obviously Dagda and not Almyra lol

And yet you mentioned it without any prompt or reason.

I was cautiously optimistic, but it really seems like this won't address the various problems Three Houses had, so I have no real hopes for it anymore. I'm starting to worry about the future of the series.

The prompt is the game itself. While the designs here have their issues, at least they aren't conceptually bad like the preceeding game. Given Engage's success in Japan, there was valid concern that it would influence the following games.

And here's the second (new) $80 Switch 2 game. Ugh they might get me since SJRPG's have legs in them.

Gee, almost like there's a needless war and RAMpocalypse driving up prices.

Also if the game has cats or dogs I would like to pet them this time

Nintendo fans really are never beating the hating anime allegations... lol
The only design I hate here is Cai's and his Sideshow Bob hair. I'll pick one of the other characters.

All the Fire Emblem games even the remakes have had some questionable aspects like quirky gameplay mechanics and weird art design.
People usually don’t mention these whenever a new game comes that follows a game that had such aspects in it. And even then Engage’s problem was not the main character’s design. That was the the weird Einharjar stuff.

And people would still buy and play these games if they had.

His hair is just textured, like a lot of black people who have clearly been shown in the promotional material
