The facts in the article are incorrect.
Ms. Takada was not a guest at Anime Expo Tokyo.
She was a guest of honor at Anime Expo 2000 and at A-kon 2000.

This makes me very happy~

I really enjoyed seeing her and her work at A-kon and AX back in 2000. I got her autograph on some stuff then, but it would be great to see if if I can manage to get my Madoka artbook signed *_* I also look forward to seeing any new artwork she has on display~

It'd be nice if Izubuchi returned, too.

Looks like I finally have a really good reason to try to get down there. UY, KOR, Patlabor and such are high among my favorites.

I had to dig up my old Orange Road book (hardcover of volume 1 and 2 compilation) to see when she dated her sketch to remember which Expo I saw her at. It is dated 7/30 1994 so I suppose this confirms she was at Expo 1994 which I;m surprised didn't take place over the Fourth of July weekend. I actually just noticed that I have Izumi Matsumoto's Madoka sketch on the facing page. It is also dated 1994. I don't remember both of them being at the same con and actually forgot that I even got Matsumoto's autograph!
