Even the agreements that allowed Viz Media to publish Hakusensha, Shogakukan, and Shueisha manga in North America's Shojo Beat magazine broke conventions with the Japanese publishing community.

Well, at least all three belong to the Hitotsubashi Group, so things might be slightly easier than cross-group cases like this Kodansha x Shogakukan case.

Rare indeed, but worth it if sales go up.

HOLY CRAP. *_______*

Conan and Kindaichi magazine?! What on earth does that entail? I'm assuming it doesn't mean Conan and Kindaichi are leaving their respective mags for a stint, but I can't see Aoyama or Sato just taking on a bimonthly installment.

BUT. CROSSOVER. PLEASE. My two favorite awesome detectives working together or going head to head? AMAZING.

Umm, what it probably means is that they're going to run older stories together in the same magazine, and run quite a few chapters at a time. Maybe have some off shoot stories here and there if the authors feel like it.

a drop in sale for Shonen Sunday............. no wonder the publisher don't let Takahashi Rumiko finish Inuyasha already............

well......... this is only what I think anyway.......... the reason behind the never-gonna-finish Inuyasha

If Takahashi levaves Shonen Sunday, god konws what will happen.....

A crossover would be pretty awesome, but what kind of ultimate super-criminal would be smart enough to challenge both Conan and Kindaichi?

Also, what kind of murder would it be? The two of them tend to solve different types of cases, Conan typically dealing with one-time crime-of-passion murders while Kindaichi usually faces freakish costumed serial killers who are nursing some kind of longstanding grudge.

It's probably never going to happen, but if it did, I would be thrilled.
