Worth noting that Sony still owns the IP, they're just licensing it out to third party.

Maybe this is what Playstation meant when they mentioned that they will be working with other companies to remaster/remake or some of their older IPs.

Given the English voiceover in the trailer, I am guessing that they have record a dub for the remaster

Cool, I had wanted to play this one, but I never had a Vita. Hopefully more Vita games get this treatment.

Ah, this takes me back, the good 'ol Vita days. This was the one time a Monster Hunter style game clicked with me. Really interesting setting.

So, Sony is technically going multi-platform by letting Bamco release it that way
