I'm actually pretty impressed: it seems like when we get a re-release of an old Japanese game, even if they bring it over, it doesn't actually get translated. I'm glad they actually went for it here.

Also available now on steam in English https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/2821290, albeit the updates are a bit confusing-the one you see on the store page claims only one of the three games will be in English, while the top news on the page I linked to claims all three are?

The former does happen all too frequently. But I know I was surprised when I looked at some of the more recent rereleases of the Kunio Kun games which got first time English translations.

Still got the inconsistent stuff of calling it River City Ransom even while acknowledging the series Japanese aspects such as the character names and locations.

Shame this doesn't have a physical Switch version, but it's cool that these games are in English for the first time!
