I guess Thetis and Sorrento could show up, but all other Mariners are either dead or busy fighting Specters at that point.

If it's based on the manga, then Thetis should be dead as well. She washed up as a fish on the beach after saving Julian Solo's life.

You're right, I totally forgot about Thetis's weird fish origin that wasn't show in the anime, as well as her fate. |

I doubt Kanon might is really busy with Hades he is not busy and the other soldiers are mostly dead.... Then again we might see the original Dragon Sea
