My friends went watching and came back with disappointment; I knew it won't work well among seasoned anime fans, for just from its trailer I found Aoi Teshima's voice acting lacking. She's a solid singer, but simply not the best seiyuu out there. The vivid and colorful background doesn't match well with cell-based (albeit digitized) foreground, which has simplistic color settings. |
