This is a screenplay. An Anime is an actually produced form.

Half the people out there (me included) have concepts that we're working on or other projects. It's ok to ask for example, the proper format for a screenplay or get feedback and there are sites for that.
To my knowledge, I don't percieve this to be one of them (though occasionally a "concepts" thread appears).
