Does anybody remember listening to, or still own this CD? I decided to pop it into my CD player while I was doing a little cleaning, and found myself able to remember a majority of the lyrics sung from the songs. At the same time though, it felt VERY nostalgic. That's why it's great when there are some things you just don't grow out of.

I personally find the game music to be more nostalgic because I am much more fond of the games. I feel like playing my red version now since I haven't in a few years... Although I'd probably also enjoy listening to the anime music since I haven't in a while either.

Oh yes. Viridan City and the Poke Rap play daily during my trips back and forth to school.
I remember all the lyrics too. It was one of the few things 4kids did right. I also liked the first moive OST, the second one wasn't that good to me.
I even have the Pokemon karokemon songs on my ipod. You know, the ones that use to run at the end of the show? *sigh*. Those were the good old days.

I remember being way too old to own that even when it first came out. For some reason, though, I played it constantly, buying into the fad nearly entirely, even though I knew how silly it is. I've always been a kid a heart, I guess. I know I still have that CD around somewhere.
"Misty's Song" brought out the 'shipper in everyone who heard it.

I remember that CD all too well. It was quite enjoyable back then however I believe someone has stolen it because I no longer have it. I'm not sure as to who'd steal a Pokemon CD but given the times, who knows? I still remember many of the songs, personal favourites include the opening of course, and the full PokeRap. Additionally, I still have the Pokemon: The First Movie soundtrack. Why couldn't they have stolen that one? V_V

I used to have it...but it dissappeared. =( So I downloaded the good songs. I can almost sing along with the Pokerap and I cry at Pikachu's Goodbye. I'm so depressing. >-<

I have the tape version of the soundtrack, since nothing in my house played CDs other than my sister's stereo and CD player, which she wouldn't let me use.
As a person who is still a big fan of the franchise, I find it quite nostalgic seeing that soundtrack picture. Heck, I'm actually mildly surprised that people are still giving this a listen.
My personal favourites were Misty's Song and the Pokerap. I also liked the Viridian City song a fair bit too.

I liked "What Kind Of Pokemon Are You?" and the opening song quite a bit. Only problem with diggin it up and then listening to it is that nostalgic feeling and also the feeling that you are getting older when the CD you have is ten years old.

I used to own it on tape. My brother and I used to make my parents play it in the car all the time. Ah...good times, good times. ^^ Perfect music to play our old Red and Blue versions to on long car trips. Sadly that tape is now destroyed after getting all messed up in my car's tape player. XP
But yeah, I agree about Misty's Song. Total shipper song. =P But I used to be a big AshMisty fan when I was younger. -still am a little- ^^;;
